APAWSABLE Sitting Services
- Services: APAWSABLE agrees to provide pet sitting services for the client's pet(s) as outlined in the agreed-upon schedule and terms.
- Responsibilities: APAWSABLE is responsible for the care and well-being of the client's pet(s) while in their care.
- Pet Information: The client must provide accurate and up-to-date information about their pet(s), including health history, behavior, and any special needs.
- Emergency Contact: The client must provide emergency contact information in case of unforeseen circumstances.
- Payment: The client agrees to pay the agreed-upon fee for the pet sitting services.
- Payment Terms: Payment is due in full prior to the start of services.
- Late Payments: Late payments may incur a 10% late fee.
- Cancellation Notice: The client must provide three (3) days' notice for any cancellations.
- Cancellation Fees: Late cancellation attracts a $20 fee.
- Health Records: The client must provide any necessary health information on when completing booking form.
- Emergency Care: In case of a pet health emergency, the pet sitter will attempt to contact the client or their emergency contact. If unable to reach them, the pet sitter may seek veterinary care as necessary and client agrees to reimburse APAWSABLE.
- Liability: APAWSABLE is not liable for any unforeseen health issues or accidents that may occur while the pet is in their care.
- Liability: APAWSABLE is not liable for any property damage caused by the pet(s) while in their care, unless caused by gross negligence.
- Indemnification: The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless APAWSABLE from any claims, liabilities, damages, or losses arising from APAWSABLE's services.
- Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of St. Kitts & Nevis and the OECS States.
- APAWSABLE reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the client in writing.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined herein.
