APAWSABLE Walking Services   

1. Acceptance of Terms 
By utilizing the services of APAWSABLE Walking Services (hereinafter referred to as K-9 Walking, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.   

2. Services Provided The Company provides dog walking services as described on its website or as otherwise agreed upon by the Client and the Company.   

3. Client Responsibilities
  • The Client warrants that their dog is in good health, up-to-date on vaccinations, and free from any contagious diseases.
  • The Client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information about their dog, including but not limited to breed, age, weight, medical history, behavior, and contact information.
  • The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company for any damages or injuries caused by their dog.
  4. Company Responsibilities
  • The Company will provide dog walking services in a professional and responsible manner.
  • The Company will exercise reasonable care in handling the Client's dog.
  • The Company will comply with all applicable laws and regulations and requests made by the client.
  5. Liability
  • The Company is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to the Client's dog unless caused by the Company's negligence.
  • The Client assumes full responsibility for any injuries or damages caused by their dog to third parties.
  6. Payment
  • Payment for services is due upon handing over the dog to be walked by K-9 Walking Service Provider.
  • Late payments, may incur a late fee of $5.00. This late payment will be incurred if later than 24Hours.
  7. Cancellation
  • The Client may cancel services with 1 day written notice or communication.
  • The Company reserves the right to terminate services with 1 day written notice or immediately due to unforeseen circumstances.
  8. Independent Contractor 
The Company and the Client agree that the Company is an independent contractor and not an employee of the Client.   

  9. Governing Law 
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of St. Kitts & Nevis.   

10. Modifications The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Company's website.   

11. Entire Agreement These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
