Cancellation Policy
Apawsable Walking Services
To ensure fair scheduling and efficient service, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
- 24-hour notice: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation of a scheduled dog walk.
- Cancellation fee: If a client cancels a walk with less than 24 hours' notice, a $10 cancellation fee will be charged.
- No-shows: Clients who fail to cancel a scheduled walk and are not present at the appointed time will be charged the full price of the walk.
- Exceptions: We understand that emergencies arise. In case of unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss the situation.
- Unforeseen Circumstances: If in the event, unforeseen circumstances occur on our end and we have to cancel the appointment, we will reschedule and award you the client extra 10 mins on your selected walk appointment.
